VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – July 14, 2014 – Atlas Systems, the leading provider of time-saving solutions for libraries, announced today that since its introduction a year ago the Concierge service has been adopted by thirteen institutions. Concierge provides the expert help staff may need when they don’t have the time or expertise to complete projects. Concierge is available for ILLiad, Ares, and Aeon.

The following institutions now subscribe to Concierge:

“We developed Concierge based on input from our customers who wanted a service they could access when and where they needed help,” said Stephanie Spires, chief service officer. “With Concierge they receive personalized consultation on new versions of Atlas software, technical and editing help with their web pages, an onsite Tune-up every two years, and more. As a subscriber, they get the help they need from an Atlas staff expert who knows their library.”

Spires said that Atlas is committed to providing Ares and Aeon customers with new product releases every six months. There is also a major ILLiad release annually. New software versions introduce enhanced functionality as well as bug fixes. “Subscribing to Concierge is a great way to ensure software updates happen in a timely manner so that staff are able to benefit from the new capabilities we introduce,” she said.
