Atlas Systems Expands Development Team
Company Responds to Growing Interest from Special Collections and Archives Community
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA –January 26, 2017– Atlas Systems, the leading provider of time-saving solutions for libraries, announced staff promotions and new staff additions that will strengthen the development team and allow the company to better meet the growing needs and opportunities in the special collections and archives communities.
Matt Calsada will assume a new role as Senior Developer. Dustin Stokes, chief technology officer, commented “Matt has been a key member of the development team for many years. In his new role he will share his experience and technical leadership skills as a mentor to our new staff members.”
Stokes also announced that Dylan Sheffer and Austin Schaffer have joined the development team. “Adding Dylan and Austin helps round out the development team and gives us the resources to work on a variety of new and exciting projects – in addition to continuing to support our core products.”
According to Dan Specht, CFO and vice president for sales and marketing, “Atlas Systems is expanding our role in the archives and special collections communities, from our work as an ArchivesSpace Registered Service Provider to Linked Data and Web Visibility Services.
