ILLiad user records will now be searched & created for borrower requests from Alma

Virginia Beach, VA - ExLibris has announced greater integration between Alma and ILLiad in their upcoming release scheduled for July 2021. For sites using Alma to push borrower requests into ILLiad, It will now be possible to configure the resource sharing partner record in Alma to search ILLiad user records, create user records in ILLiad when none exist, and push patron information into ILLiad in real-time when the user record is matched.
