Located in Memphis, Tennessee, the University of Memphis joins more than 35 institutions that currently subscribe for Concierge consultative support of their ILLiad resource management software. ILLiad was developed by Atlas Systems and is now distributed exclusively by OCLC.
As a new subscriber, the University of Memphis will receive customized care to keep software up to date, staff trained, and configurations to enhance efficiency.
