The Bodleian Library Special Collections is live with Aeon
Virginia Beach, VA — The Bodleian Libraries Special Collections at the University of Oxford is now live using Aeon to manage reader requests and staff workflows for their archives and manuscripts. Located in Oxford, England, the Bodleian Libraries join nearly 100 institutions currently using Aeon.
Bodleian Libraries Special Collections supports the research of manuscripts and archives, rare books, printed ephemera, maps, music and digitized collections in the Weston Library. The Bodleian Libraries Special Collections will use Aeon to provide access to request materials through their online catalogues.
Atlas staff assisted Weston Library staff to configure Aeon to present a seamless experience for their readers and support local workflows throughout the implementation process. The Bodleian Libraries will continue to receive hosting and software support from Atlas.
We wish the Bodleian Libraries congratulations on their successful implementation project and welcome them to the Aeon Community.
