Managing Plugins in your ArchivesSpace Implementation

Virginia Beach, VA — Join us on October 17, 2024, at 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT for a 90-minute webinar on managing plugins in your ArchivesSpace implementation.  In this webinar, Valerie Addonizio of Atlas Systems will focus on the thorny intersection between adopting and relying on the excellent plugins our community has to offer at the same time that we have to manage change, navigate responsibility, and understand exactly what we’ve gotten ourselves into with plugins.

This is not a technical presentation about plugins but is intended to guide the user towards the sometimes painful truth that plugins are complicated and so is managing them. To assist with this reality, Valerie will offer proactive strategies, steps, and a template for organizing vital info about your plugins at your home institution. Though it is being presented near the release of v4.0, the concepts in this webinar are expected to remain relevant as ArchivesSpace matures into the future.
