Atlas Systems names Kerry Keegan as Access Services Implementation and Concierge Program Manager

Atlas Systems, developer of Ares Course Resource Management and ILLiad Resource Sharing Management software, is happy to announce the promotion of Kerry Keegan to Access Services Implementation and Concierge Program Manager. Kerry started with Atlas Systems in 2012 as a Customer Support Analyst. She is proud to have served as one of the original IDS Mentors and has volunteered as Section Editor for ALA RUSA STARS for the past eight years. While at Atlas, she has led ILLiad, Ares, and Aeon customers through implementation and training programs and has provided technical and workflow management support for our Concierge customers. Most recently, she has served as Ares Product Lead and looks forward to continuing to serve Atlas’ customers in her new role as Access Services Implementation and Concierge Program Manager.
