Join the Atlas Systems Development Team

Atlas is looking for a Developer to join our team of five Developers in Virginia Beach. A Developer contributes to the success of Atlas Systems by working in a team environment to create, enhance, extend, and support our products. As part of our development team you will have an immediate impact on our product design, development, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing using C# in the Microsoft .NET Framework and some database design experience. You will work in a team environment and must possess strong communication skills.

Preference given for:

  • Library experience
  • Proficiency with other languages (specifically Delphi, JavaScript, and LUA)
  • Web-related technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
  • XML-related technologies (XML, XSLT, XML Schema, etc.)

Atlas Systems Announces Open Positions in IT Department

Looking for a new way to use your technical knowledge, skills, and expertise? Atlas Systems currently has two openings in the IT Department in the Virginia Beach office. The positions of Systems Technician and Systems Administrator support the hosted servers of Atlas customers as well as supporting the internal hardware and systems used by Atlas staff.

The duties of the System Administrator include:

  • Support a variety of Microsoft products and assist with the installation of new technology
  • Establish, setup, and maintain internal servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, user accounts, and user environments
  • Assist with hosted server Service Tickets


The duties of the System Technician include:

  • Maintain server, network, and software configuration documentation
  • Establish, setup, and maintain servers and systems
  • Provide backup to Systems Administrator functions, including during off-hours


Both positions require a bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience and two or more years of experience with computer software including Microsoft Windows Server operating systems. Knowledge of the following Microsoft Systems is preferred: SQL Server, Hyper-V, Lync, and Exchange.
