In addition to an overview of the borrowing process, this three session online class focuses on how to make customizations to the OCLC ILLiad borrowing web interface. New licensees may take this class once at no cost - one web port for video and one teleconference port for audio is included per seat and can be shared with projector and speakerphone in a conference room for a group (shared server sites have one seat in the class per shared site) Additional seats may be purchased for $250. OCLC ILLiad Borrowing Day 2
Day 2 is a combination lab and lecture/demonstration session. Self-paced tutorials and hands-on exercises are assigned on Day 1 for completion prior to the follow-up 30 - 60 minute Q&A lecture/demo live online session on Day 2. Document Delivery and Web Circ are demonstrated live online in this session.

Day 3 completes the borrowing training series. This session is approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours in length and covers customization of the borrowing web interface. I.T./Systems staff who may be involved in ILLiad web design often participate in this session.
