Where Do I Start?
Once you have completed the online order form and OCLC forwards your information to Atlas Systems, a support team member from Atlas will be in contact to get you started. You will receive an introductory packet in the mail with some helpful hints and handouts to use during the implementation process.
An Overview of ILLiad
A good place to start learning about ILLiad is on our web site. Here's a list of some helpful links to check out.
Other Libraries Using ILLiad
You can also find out who else in your region is using ILLiad. Your colleagues can be a great resource for viewing new workflows and getting feedback from users. To see a list of ILLiad users, check out the OCLC ILLiad Licensee List.
Implementation Kick-Off
All new OCLC ILLiad licensees should attend an Implementation Kick-Off meeting online. These meetings allow you to ask any questions you may have about the process, get in touch with other libraries who are also implementing ILLiad and get an overview of how the software works live. To sign up for a meeting, go to the Training section of the Atlas web site and create an account to then register for the session. You will see Implementation Kick-Off meetings listed in the Upcoming Class Schedule.
