When should I call for support?

ANYTIME you are having trouble with the Ares system. New licensees may need to call several times a week, maybe even daily, when starting out. We've seen that once a site goes through the setup and customization phase, most of their questions have been asked. We encourage you to contact us as soon as a problem arises. We're here to make sure you get Ares up and running as quickly as possible.
