Aeon is licensed through your local Regional Network. Pricing is based on institution size broken down as follows:

• ARL Libraries and other Large Libraries and Archives
• Other University and College Libraries, Public Libraries, and Independent Research Libraries, Large Historical Societies, and Archives
• Small Historical Societies and other Small Repositories

Multi-site, consortial, and up front licensing options are available. Contact your regional network or e-mail for a tailored price quote.

Installation and Implementation

To get Aeon up and running in your library or archives, Atlas offers a standard implementation service that will take you from software installation and configuration through staff training and going live. Atlas can also provide additional services, such as more onsite or online training, more advanced web interface modifications, and workflow consultation and customization. Please see the Aeon Implementation Guide in our online documentation for further details.

Annual License

Aeon is offered through an annual subscription, which covers all database and client software licensing, all updates, enhancements and new releases, as well as ongoing e-mail and telephone customer support.

Server Hosting

Atlas Systems also offers optional database server hosting for the Aeon software. With this service, Atlas handles all server setup, maintenance, and backups, so all you need to do is install the Aeon client on your local staff workstations.
