SYMPTOMS
You receive an I/O Error 32 or a Path Not Found error when opening the Borrowing Search form.
ERROR MESSAGES
I/O Error 32.
Path not Found.
CAUSE
You are missing a file needed by ILLiad.
RESOLUTION
If you don't use RLIN, make sure that the RLINTemplate key in the Customization Manager is set to "No". If you do use RLIN, make sure that the RLINTemplates key is pointing to the correct folder for the RLIN Macros.
If you don't use Docline, make sure that the c:\illiad\docline folder does NOT exist. If it exists, it expects to find macros in it. If you do use Docline, make sure that the Docline macros are in the c:\illiad\docline folder (and not in a subfolder under that one).
MORE INFORMATION
This has been fixed in ILLiad Client version 6.1 which will be the next ILLiad Client release.
