PROBLEM: Incorrect Queues and E-mail Routing Entries in the ILLiad Client for a Shared Server Site
January 5, 2006
SYMPTOMS
If a user at a Shared Server Site has multiple logins set up in its logon.txt file (located in the C:\illiad folder) then the ILLiad Client will display the e-mails (from the e-mail routing feature) and Custom Queues for the first site listed in that file.
CAUSE
ILLiad is designed to read the first site code in the logon.txt file when determining which e-mails and custom queues to display in the ILLiad client.
RESOLUTION
Re-organize the list in the logon.txt file so that the appropriate site code is the first in the list. The e-mail templates and custom queues for that site will then be used. This is usually only a problem for those staff members who need to access more than one site for ILLiad processing. It is also acceptable to duplicate email routing and custom queue options for those sites so that they are available in more sites.
