How to Open Microsoft HTML Help Files (*.CHM)

Some users may have trouble opening the *.chm files for ILLiad or Ares documentation.

• When prompted to open or save the file, choose "save" to download the file to your local machine.
• When opening the file, if you are prompted to allow the file by an "Unknown Publisher" to open, choose Cancel.
• Right-click on the file and choose Properties.
• On the General tab, click the Unblock button at the bottom to allow the file to open. This will grey out the Security text and that button.
• Click OK to save changes and then double-click the CHM file to open it.
