We’ve had an unprecedented response to the ILLiad Conference, filling up earlier than ever before. We’re gratified so many of you want to join us in Virginia Beach, but we have now reached the maximum number that we can accommodate and cannot accept any more registrations.
Although you may not be able to attend this year’s conference, we will be posting the slides for all regular conference sessions on our website so you can review the information for sessions of interest.
If you were shut out of this year’s ILLiad Conference, mark your calendar now for the 2013 conference. The conference will take place in Virginia Beach, March 20-22, 2013. Registration will open in January. Register early to secure a place!
We’ll miss you this year and look forward to seeing you in 2013.
Highlights of the 2012 Conference
- Your registration once again includes transportation from the Norfolk International Airport (ORF) to the conference hotels on Tuesday/Wednesday and back on Friday.
- The Thursday afternoon/evening wine and cheese social is at the Hilton and will provide opportunities to talk with the poster session participants.
- Bus transportation will again be provided between the conference hotels and along the Virginia Beach boardwalk throughout the evening on Wednesday and Thursday until 10pm.

Fees and Billing
The total cost to attend both the Preconference and Conference is $485. Register before March 1 and pay only $450 – save $35 off the cost of the Conference with our Early Bird Special!
Preconference Registration fee is $300
Preconference Registration fee includes:
- Attend two in-depth three-hour sessions on Wednesday, March 21, 2012
- Morning and afternoon snacks
- Buffet Lunch
Conference Registration fee is $185
Special Early Bird Opportunity: Register before March 1st and receive $35 off your registration fee.
