PLEASE NOTE: We’ve changed the days of the week for the conference! We’ve moved the preconference to Tuesday and the conference to Wednesday and Thursday. This allows us to present more programs on the second day without bumping up against the weekend.

 

Highlights of the 2013 Conference

  • Your registration once again includes transportation from the Norfolk International Airport (ORF) to the conference hotels on Monday/Tuesday and back on Thursday/Friday.
  • The Wednesday afternoon/evening wine and cheese social is at the Hilton and will provide opportunities to talk with the poster session participants.
  • Bus transportation will again be provided between the conference hotels and along the Virginia Beach boardwalk throughout the evening on Tuesday and Wednesday until 10pm.

2013 Fees and Billing

Special Early Bird Opportunity: Registration opens in early January. Register before March 1 to save on registration.

Preconference Registration fee: $350 (early bird $325)

Conference Registration fee: $200 (early bird $175)

Total for Preconference and Conference: $550 (early bird $500)

Register early! Space is limited and fills up quickly. In 2012 we filled up a full month before the conference started!

2013 Preconference Registration fee includes:

  • Attend two in-depth three-hour sessions on Tuesday, March 19, 2013
  • Morning and afternoon snacks
  • Buffet Lunch

2013 Conference Registration fee includes:

  • Tuesday afternoon reception/Dine Out Topics
  • Sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, March 20-21, 2013
  • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Wednesday afternoon Poster Sessions/Wine and Cheese Social
  • OCLC Update breakfast buffet on Thursday
