We are very excited to announce that Christian Dupont will be joining the Atlas staff in June as the Aeon Program Director. Christian is currently the Director of the Albert and Shirley Small Special Collections Library at the University of Virginia. Christian will be leading the introduction and strategic development of the new Aeon Special Collections Management Software. More details are in the press release here:

We promise it's not an April Fool's prank! ILLiad Version 7.3 is now available for download.
If you're hosted by OCLC or Atlas Systems, you can contact them to arrange a date and time to update your system. If you're self-hosted, you can use the ILLiad Updater to download and install the update.
Before you do either, be sure to read the ILLiad 7.3 Overview and Release Notes. And if you missed one of the live preview sessions, you can view a recording of the ILLiad 7.3 WebEx preview session.

We've uploaded a lot of the photos from the 2008 ILLiad International Conference to Flickr. We're still waiting on the photos from the photo booth, and we promise to be kind when deciding which of those to share (having seen some of the wacky poses folks chose for those pictures). Thanks to all our presenters and attendees for helping making the 2008 conference our greatest ILLiad conference yet. Rock on!
