New positions will enhance system capabilities and customer support
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – September 25, 2014 – Atlas Systems, the leading provider of time-saving solutions for libraries, announced today the promotion of two staff members to newly-created positions that reflect the continued growth of the company. Dustin Stokes has assumed the role of Development Team Leader and Partner Solutions Manager. Marilyn Rackley, newly appointed Aeon Solutions Manager, will manage all Aeon implementation and support.
According to Curtis Poston, Atlas Chief Technology Officer, Stokes will be the primary liaison between external partners and Atlas. “We have an increasing number of opportunities to expand the user experience of our customers by working with external partners,” Poston said. “In this new role, Dustin will be a direct connection between the partner and the Atlas team and customers, helping to ensure seamless integration of Atlas products with third-party solutions that make sense for Aeon, Ares and ILLiad.”
In her capacity as Aeon Solutions Manager Rackley will coordinate Atlas Aeon activities, from development to site implementation and support. Announcing Rackley’s promotion, Stephanie Spires, Atlas Chief Service Officer, acknowledged Aeon’s rapid adoption in special collections libraries and archives. “Marilyn has been instrumental in the success and satisfaction of our Aeon customers,” Spires said. “Her leadership and experience will help us as we continue to build the Aeon support team going forward.”
